Renco Electronics provides an impressive array of transformers and inductors, including surface mount through hole and chassis mount. New product designs of at least one new product every quarter are also part of our capability. Renco now produces transformers and coils specifically designed for use in semiconductors, telecommunications, computers, instrumentation, industrial controls, medical equipment, and consumer products.
 

Our processes provide us the ability to:

• Connect. All of our processes, having been defined, the process flow  ensures the straightest path, and therefore the shortest lead time can  be achieved. Each process shows clearly when and where the process begins, who is responsible for each step, what to do when a decision  needs to be made and how the process links to the next process.

• Control. Measures have been implemented, at critical steps in the  process, to monitor variables and validate data being collected. This  ensures that when our product leaves our facilities, it meets our  specifications and our customers' needs.

• Execute. Through collection of transactions in real-time at every level  of our manufacturing & supply chain, we can forecast orders, inventories, bills of material, and financial data. This data is also used  to continually improve our processes leading to a healthier bottom  line, improved moral of employees and greater customer satisfaction.
